1. Core Telemetry Zero-Retention Mandate
Vectronis AI Inc. (“Vectronis”, “we”, “our”) enforces a strict, cryptographically auditable Zero-Retention Architecture across all services hosted on vectronisai.com and its associated API endpoints.
Customer satellite imagery, drone video streams, coordinates, radiometric bands, and derivative point clouds ingested via our API are processed exclusively in volatile cryptographic memory (RAM) within hardware-isolated AWS Nitro Enclaves or sovereign air-gapped hardware. At no point is client telemetry persisted to disk, database, or cached storage.
2. Model Training Exclusions
Customer telemetry data is never utilized to fine-tune, pre-train, or evaluate foundational weights of the VX-1024 or future models without explicit, written mutual consent. Your proprietary sensor telemetry remains exclusively your property.
3. Information Collected for Authentication
To manage developer accounts, API key authentication, and enterprise billing, we collect minimal administrative records: organization name, authorized engineer email, and aggregate compute token consumption.
4. Regulatory & Sovereign Enclave Compliance
Our infrastructure conforms with SOC2 Type II security principles, ITAR defense isolation standards, and GDPR compliance. Sovereign defense customers may opt for completely disconnected, air-gapped on-premise deployments.
